Coach J is a leader, entrepreneur, and youth development specialist dedicated to transforming young athletes on and off the court. As the founder of justCOZY Sports Academy, he uses his years of coaching experience and passion for mentorship to build confidence, discipline, and character in every child he works with.

 

He currently serves as an MCPS elementary school Paraeducator and previously led the JV Basketball program at New Hope Academy, while lead assisting the Varsity Regional Team.

His mission is simple: create a positive, empowering environment where young athletes feel confident, supported, and free to grow... both on and off the court.
