Coach J is a leader, entrepreneur, and youth development specialist dedicated to transforming young athletes on and off the court. As the founder of JustCoZy Sports Academy, he uses his years of coaching experience and passion for mentorship to build confidence, discipline, and character in every child he works with.

 

He mentors over 75 middle and high school athletes across the state of Maryland, guiding them in both their athletic growth and personal development.

A Montgomery College graduate and current Maryland Global Campus student, Coach J brings strong academic discipline into his work, pairing it with hands-on leadership shaped by years of coaching.

​

He currently serves as an MCPS elementary school paraeducator and previously led the JV Basketball program at New Hope Academy, further strengthening his commitment to youth development.

His mission is simple: create a positive, empowering environment where young athletes feel confident, supported, and free to grow... both on and off the court.
